Bookpiles is a book organizer for readers. Bookpiles is a book organizer for readers. It helps you to organize information about books you have, you want to read or you have given away. There is no need to type in book data. It can be loaded from Amazon or Bookcrossing. This includes author, title, publisher, publiation date, price, a book thumbnail and much more. With BookGears you can extract book data from public libraries and store it in Bookpiles. All book data is stored in an database on your PC. With Bookpiles books can be organized in book folders like e-mails in mail folders (e.g. in Outlook). Bookpiles has a book preview and one dashboard which gives an overview about the books in the Bookpiles database.

Windows 8 estimates: 500 million users in 2013

Microsoft expects to launch a new wave of optimism with Windows 8. In a recent statement, Steve Ballmer, chief executive at Microsoft, estimates that Windows 8 will reach a total of about 500 million users by the end of 2013.
